Refund and Returns Policy
✅ Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
- You are unable to access or download the product after purchase, despite following all provided instructions.
- The product file is corrupted or incomplete, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 3 business days.
- You accidentally purchased the same item twice within 48 hours (we’ll refund the duplicate).

❌ Non-Refundable Cases
We do not issue refunds in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You expected a different type of content than described
- You purchased a product by mistake but downloaded it
- You have compatibility issues on a device that does not meet the minimum system requirements (listed on product pages)
⏱ Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
