Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • You are unable to access or download the product after purchase, despite following all provided instructions.
  • The product file is corrupted or incomplete, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 3 business days.
  • You accidentally purchased the same item twice within 48 hours (we’ll refund the duplicate).

Non-Refundable Cases

We do not issue refunds in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You expected a different type of content than described
  • You purchased a product by mistake but downloaded it
  • You have compatibility issues on a device that does not meet the minimum system requirements (listed on product pages)

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
